It's 2009 and the weight is coming off!

Step 1: Joined the gym early December

Step 2: Bought the bullet and hired a trainer (have had 3 sessions)

Step 3: WORK hard and get this weight off.

Ultimate goal: get back down to 145 lbs.

Start weight 217 lbs

Weight today 215.2 lbs.
