- Wednesday the 21st - 20 min elliptical, 20 min treadmill, 10 min bike - all cardio
- Thursday the 22nd - 15 min elliptical, 10 min treadmill, weights X 5 min or so - machines were cardio
- Friday - skipped - felt really bored and sad - had a 200 cal bag of cheetoes (not as satisfying as I thought they might be - probably because of the lack of fiber)
- Saturday the 24th - 20 min elliptical, 20 min treadmill, 10 min bike - all cardio then bicep curls X 10, rows (45 lbs) 18 reps X3, lat pull (45 lbs) 15 X3.
Not been keeping track of the dietary side of my work, but I have been working on eating healthier in general. I did have that one indulgence on Friday - perhaps because I was bored and did not work out that day - and had a 200 cal pack of cheetoes. I did think that was not too bad. I think I am going to have to badger Rosie into the food diary daily, again, because it does help us to keep up with the calorie counts and keeping us on track and without indulginces.
Anyway - My trainer and I rescheduled for Wednesday - I plan to keep working out between half an hour and an hour 4 times a week. At some point when I plateau, I will have to up that - but it is working for now.
