Whooooo HOOOO

I am down to 191lbs!!

This week has been interval training on the treadmill (20 min intense workout in the mornings before work)

I also went and got a mani-pedi this week. It felt soooo good.


Edited: 5/13/09 - That's a 6 lb loss in 1.5 weeks!! POSITIVE OUTLOOK SARAH!
