AM Weight - 176.2 lbs in AM at home without shoes.

Food journal - a conversation between me and my sis RC:


SC: breakfast - oatmeal squares with vitamin D milk and a handful of blueberries.
RC mmm
SC: Lunch - 1/2 whole wheat pita, serving turkey, smear of mustard and mayo, 7 cherry tomatoes. salad with 1 serving honey dijon, apple (large) and 120 cal pringles pack
SC: Dinner. 2 handfuls pretzels, 3 small chocolate biscottis. glass of water before running.
SC: after running -
SC 1 serving crackers, 3 servings bruchetta, and 1/2 a serving shaved parmesean, Sarah Carney: then had a 180 cal cookies and cream yogurt.
SC: had a canning jar full of water.
RC: You must have worked up an appetite!
RC lol
RC: Everything is healthy, though
SC: well, that is good,
SC: except for the sodium content of all
SC I WAS super hungry
SC: oh yeah
SC: I had a banana too
RC: I think there are supplements you can take that balance out sodium intake, are there not?
SC: more water
SC: oh yeah
SC: and a yeungling
