Monday foodstuffs:

Breakfast: 1 serving oat squares cereal, 1 handful blueberries, vitamin D milk.

Lunch - Leftover taco meat, 1 serving chips, apple, salad with 1 serving green goddess.

Dinner - Mexican with Mom

Dessert - 2 slices buttermilk pie with fresh strawberries, 2 beers.

Had a workout before dinner - got 20 min running in. Also had to come home and start a load of whites... white is such a bad thing for someone to wear for someone who ends up dealing with incontinence so much.

Wt post workout.
