Breakfast - 2 donut holes, oatmeal square cereal, milk.
Lunch - mozarella and tomato on whole wheat pita, apple, 120 cal pringles, salad with 1/2 serv green goddess. (split up over a few hours)
Dinner - .... ....
Ok Ok - I am just going to say it!3 fried chicken fingers at chick-fil-a - almost a whole serving of waffle fries, and a small (but still big) cookies and cream milkshake. I had a break between the meal and the milkshake, so I walked over to Barnes and Noble and walked around for a bit.My butt and legs have hurt yesterday and today still. to the point that when I took my underwear off this morning, I did not want to bend over to pick it up off the floor!
